About The Course

The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is a five-year professional program structured across ten semesters. The curriculum includes Eight semesters of academic learning through lectures and studio-based design, One semesters of professional training, and One semester dedicated to thesis work. The program offers a comprehensive foundation in architecture, covering subjects such as art, architectural history, environmental studies, structural engineering, building services, and computer-aided design, enabling students to develop both creative and technical expertise. Upon successful completion of the program and registration with the Council of Architecture, graduates are qualified to practice as professional architects. They may establish their own architectural practice or pursue careers in architectural firms, government organizations, and statutory bodies. Additionally, graduates can explore opportunities in related fields such as interior design, graphic design, commercial art, architectural journalism, and academia.
